• Pay:

• Sales: $24.52/hr + uncapped monthly commission

• Client Service: $21.47/hr + monthly bonus potential

About the Roles

Sales Agent: You’ll handle inbound, warm leads only (no cold calling), helping businesses with property and casualty insurance products. The role blends customer service, sales, and teamwork in a fast‑paced but supportive environment.

Client Service Representative: You’ll support existing small business customers, answering questions related to coverage, billing, and policies, with a focus on one‑call resolution and a customer‑first approach.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, insurance, or sales experience

• Comfortable handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems

• Licensing: active P&C license (General or Commercial Lines)
